
Aloo Tikki with Pudina Chutney and GudImli Chutney
One of the most popular Indian street food. Aloo tikki is relished by everyone, there is no age barrier here. Want to know how to recreate it at home, please follow the recipe.
Ingredients:
For Aloo tikki
- 4 -5tbsp.Oil
- 4-5 boiled potatoes
- 1tbspSainik Coriander powder
- 1tsp Sainik Anardana powder
- 1 tbspSaink Jeera powder
- 1 tsp Sainik Kashmiri Mirch
- 1tsp Sainik Garam masala
- 2 tbspcorn flour
- 2-3 Chopped fresh green chillies
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh coriander
- 1 tsp Sainik Kasuri Methi
- Salt per taste
For Pudina chutney
- 2 tbspSainik Pudina Chutney Masala
- 1/2 cup fresh yogurt
- 1 onion
- 1-2 green chilli
For Gud Imli chutney
- 1 cup Pure desi Jaggery
- 6-7 dates
- 40 gm Sainik fresh Tamarind
Method
For aloo tikki
Mix all ingredients (boiled potatoes, Corianderpowder, Anardana powder, Jeerapowder, Kashmiri Mirch, Garam masala, green chilli, fresh coriander,Kasuri Methi and Salt)
Add corn flour
Shape the mixture into desired shape
Heat oil in a pan
Cook the tikkisuntil golden brown on both sides
For Pudina chutney
Prepare a paste of pudina chutney masala and yogurt
Grind green chilli, onion and salt
Mix it with prepared paste
More masala can be added as per taste
For Gud Imli chutney
Boil gud, imli and dates in 3 cup water for 7 -8 minutes
Once the water cools down,removethe seeds from dates
Grind the mixture into a fine paste
